Alex De Broe is the founder and CEO of XANT. Alex worked previously at ALSTOM Wind Power (now part of GE), as head of the Electrical Engineering department and at 3E where he provided the technical expertise for wind energy projects.
Before that he was with the National Renewable Energy Laboratory (Colorado, U.S.A) working on power electronics for wind turbines in off-grid applications.
Alex De Broe obtained the degree of Electrical and Mechanical Engineering at the University of Ghent in 1995 and a Master in Electrical Engineering at the University of Wisconsin-Madison (Wisconsin, U.S.A.). Alex also holds an Executive-MBA degree from the Vlerick School of Business.
